We're always supposed to stay out of the story, but in this case, I think the way it was written did more than any"man-on-the-street-buying-a-taquito" quote he would have gotten.
I also liked the comment on gangrey about how journalists cover the heck out of politics and fringe stuff and natural disasters, but who takes time to notice the everyday stuff anymore and write about that? Not as newsworthy, but still...
